The biggest adversary we face in reaching our goals is ourselves. Oftentimes, there was a situation or experience in the past that set you up for feeling you cannot achieve a certain dream or belief. That mindset is what must change first.
Begin by writing your goal down. Put it on your mirror, write it on a journal, and share it with a friend or family member. Giving your belief a voice will set you up for success. Focus on the positive and break your goal or belief into smaller, achievable goals. When you try to move toward a goal by jumping from step 1 to step 50, the limited success we see in that movement is what results in the end of a belief or goal.
Move forward steadily, with perseverance, determination, and diligence, and you WILL see the changes in that consistency.
