Have you ever tried a new diet, a new workout class, or presented a new topic at work that did not go as you originally thought it would? It's in those moments that we may feel like giving up. But, it is in those moments that perseverance is what is most important.
If you don't try again, how will you know if that new diet or new workout class could be exactly the thing you needed or wanted it to be? Just because something doesn't work the first time doesn't mean it can't work at all. Keep trying. Keep showing up.
