Today is a brand new day. A brand new day at the start of a brand new week.
It does not matter what happened last week, what happened yesterday, or even an hour ago. It doesn't matter if you skipped a workout, indulged too much during a meal, or stayed up too late.
Today allows you the opportunity to begin again with a clean slate. In each minute of the day, you are given a chance to refocus on what is important to you. Begin with a positive affirmation, take 5 minutes to close your eyes and breathe, listen to a favorite song, call a friend, give someone a compliment, or write down a goal for the day.
