“Movement creates more movement. Movement creates energy. Movement creates life!”- Michael D’Aulerio Did you know that movement is viewed as “free medicine” because of the benefits it gives to our bodies?  It can lower blood pressure, control blood sugar, lower cholesterol, relieve pain, improve cognitive performance, and combat anxiety and/or depression, just to name a few benefits.  In times where you feel stressed, overwhelmed, negative, or alone, simple movement can boost your mood, enhance feelings of positivity, and bring you a sense of peace or calm. |
